Back Rehab
Based on Dr Chris Norris’ book Back Rehabilitation – core stability re-examined (Routledge 2023) this 2 day course presents an evidence based program to safely and effectively manage low back injuries using exercise therapy. Evidence based and highly relevant.
Acupuncture & Dry Needling
Dr Chris Norris teaches introductory and post-basic level needling courses for physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals. He is the author of two textbooks on acupuncture practice for musculoskeletal (MSK) practitioners.
Yoga As Therapy
The Yoga as Therapy (YAT) course introduces qualified therapists and exercise teachers to the concepts of using yoga exercises (Asana’s) as part of a rehabilitation programme.
Integrated Manual Therapy (IMT)
The Integrated Manual Therapy course is a three-day course giving an in-depth practical knowledge of modern manual therapy techniques. He is the author of the widely acclaimed textbook Sports Injuries (Routledge 2019), featured on the reading list of many therapy degree courses.
